Yoga started in India 5000 years ago. It is good for body strengthening, mind and soul. My classes will run for 30 minutes focusing on different yoga poses which work on your core muscle thus improving body strength and flexibility.


Tai Chi

Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China. Tai Chi reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs. My classes will last 15min straight after Yoga. It is good to do the Yoga followed by Tai Chi and then into meditation.



Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. Several studies suggest that mindfulness meditation can benefit those who struggle with stress, anxiety and depression issues. My class will last for 15 minutes straight after Tai Chi
